FREE SHIPPING
When this promotion is offered it will be clearly stated on Cool Souls website, and will be applied to your order at checkout. You will be able to select “free shipping” only when you are about to purchase products for 150 EUR or more.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
Please check you “spam” folder for the confirmation email.
Please note that during Sale, confirmation time may take up to 5 days.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days days from the time it is placed. When you order something during weekends your order will be dispatched on the first or second working day after that.
Shipping and collecting packages within Bulgaria
Orders within Bulgaria will be shipped with Speedy and delivered to your address or your nearest Speedy office for collection.
Speedy will inform you by SMS about the status of your shipment.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
International orders will be shipped with DHL or DPD. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.
During the registration of your Cool Souls account you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at our website. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates are not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.
CURRENCIES
Cool Souls cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
During 14 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. Please note that exchanges will only be offered for a different size in the exact same item originally ordered. If you would like to change to a different item, a new order must be placed. You must return the Cool Souls products to the Cool Souls online store’s return address in perfect condition. The products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging and the original labels still attached to each product. Also, the returns slip that comes with the shipment needs to be completed and enclosed together with the returned products. Returns should be sent to the following address:

COSTS FOR RETURN
Cool Souls is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Cool Souls will only pay for the shipping costs of return in case the item is faulty, which should be proven by the customer beforehand. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. In case you paid in cash(Bulgaria) you will be asked for a bank account number where you would like us to make the refund. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Cool Souls.
